We vacationed in Punta Cana from Dec. 13 to Dec. 20 and stayed at 5* Iberostar Punta Cana. But, frankly speaking, we didn't like the hotel. People we met there told us that last year the service was much better. I do not recommend this hotel for families who are traveling with children as it does not provide a wide choice of entertainment for them. Anyway, the territory is beautiful and clean. The weather was nice and if do not take into account the hotel service, everything was ok. Moreover, I do not blame you because we were the ones who made the choice of the hotel. Next year we're going to buy the package from you again because you provide the best service at the lowest price. Thank you for your help!

We had a nice time. It went well even though JetBlue had delays both on the way there and coming back to NY. Besides the delayed departure we had to stop by Orlando on our way back, long story and long night.
The only recommendation I have is on the airport transfer. They scheduled us for a 9:30am pick up from the hotel for a 2:45pm flight. The airport is less than half hour away. The airport crew wasn't even there yet and check in didn't start until 11:45. We waited over 4 hours sitting out and that's not counting the one hour plus departure delay. I understand we need to be there at least two hours before but this was ridiculous. Needless to say, we could have enjoyed the morning at the resort.

Just wanted to thank you for the great job you did with our trip to Cuba. Everything went smoothly except for a problem with pickup for the Tropicana show. I think itinerary said we would be picked up at hotel but solways said our tickets were for the show only. We did not find this out until 9:45 when hotel called Vanessa as we were still waiting. In any event we got there by cab and enjoyed it very much. We loved Veredero; the beach was amazing and facilities on the grounds were very well kept. Our room was upgraded and we had an ocean view. The bathroom was very old and tub was darkly stained, but overall clean. The wifi was terrible and it was very hot in wifi area as they don't even have fans in the lobby. The entertainment was a real bonus as it was exceptionally good and they had something going on all day into the early morning hours and we had a great time. I was a bit unprepared for the pervasive poverty. So sad considering the island is only 90 miles away. We took an excursion to Bay of Pigs that did not go anywhere near the area, but it was very educational otherwise.

We are back from Jamaica. Very nice place for rest and relaxation. The food was good, clean rooms, and really friendly staff.
The water area is mostly taken by the seaweed, so it was very unpleasant. The river rafting tour was nice, but $10 shopping tour was a waste of time. The rest was fine. Thank you!
